Meet Kirsten, Founder of SaaS Scaler. ICAEW Chartered Accountant and US CPA with 20 years' experience across the UK, US, and Japan - including Big 4 training (Deloitte, KPMG, EY) and senior finance roles in PE and VC-backed SaaS scale-ups.
She applies a structured framework that starts with the foundations - cleaning up reporting, building a SaaS P&L, implementing the right systems - then moves to growth: 5-year forecasts, cohort analysis to identify your ideal customer profile, KPI dashboards aligned to OKRs, and the international tax expertise to scale across borders.

Over 20 years' experience across HR, finance, and operations, including building HR functions from the ground up for scaling businesses.
Lindsey is a CIPD accredited HR Consultant with over 20 years' experience across HR, finance administration and business operations, spanning industries including education, healthcare, recruitment and SaaS.
Lindsey has built HR and finance functions from the ground up, developing policies, systems, and processes that give growing businesses the people infrastructure to match their ambitions. Her work spans HR compliance and documentation audits, HRIS implementation and utilisation, performance management frameworks, onboarding design, and culture and ways-of-working reviews. She specialises in helping leadership teams move from unclear risk to a prioritised, actionable plan.
She brings the same practical, evidence-first approach to HR that Kirsten brings to finance: starting with an honest, thorough, evidence-based picture of where a business actually stands before recommending what to prioritise. Every recommendation is grounded in what's actually happening in the business, not assumptions about what a company of your size and type usually needs.
